Ashok Leyland bags order for 200 trucks from Instant Transport Solution

New Delhi, Jun 27 (PTI) Commercial vehicle maker Ashok Leyland on Friday said it has bagged an order for 200 trucks from logistics player Instant Transport Solution Pvt Ltd.

As commencement of deliveries, the company has handed over keys to the first batch of 100 trucks, Ashok Leyland said in a statement.

The first batch of 1,916 single-axle & 2,820 multi-axle haulage trucks has been delivered to Instant Transport Solution Pvt Ltd, Ashok Leyland President MHCV Sanjeev Kumar said, adding that the "order underscores the confidence customers place in our robust, innovative and reliable vehicles".

"This delivery represents more than just new trucks -- it signifies a deepening partnership aimed at advancing logistics efficiency," Instant Transport Solution Pvt Ltd Executive Chairman Rajbir Singh, and MD & CEO Jasveer Singh, said in a joint statement. PTI RKL TRB
