New Delhi: CG Power and Industrial Solutions on Thursday posted nearly 11 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 267 crore in the June quarter compared to a year ago, mainly on the back of higher revenues.
Aggregate sales for the quarter were up at Rs 2,878 crore at a growth of 29 per cent compared to Rs 2,228 crore in the same period a year ago, stated a company statement.
According to the statement, consolidated profit after tax (PAT or net profit) was 11 per cent higher at Rs 267 crore for the quarter as against Rs 241 crore in Q1FY25.
The order intake for the quarter stood at Rs 5,138 crore, marking a 62 per cent YoY growth. The unexecuted order backlog as of 30th June 2025, was Rs 13,072 crore, up 82 per cent YoY.
The consolidated quarterly performance, for the first time, includes the operational performance of Axiro, which houses the Radio Frequency components business acquired by CG from Renesas Electronics and other affiliate entities.
