Gold futures rise Rs 641 to Rs 1,07,058/10g

New Delhi, Sep 5 (PTI) Gold prices on Friday rose Rs 641 to Rs 1,07,058 per 10 grams in futures trade as speculators created fresh positions on a firm spot demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold contracts for October delivery traded higher by Rs 641 or 0.6 per cent at Rs 1,07,058 per 10 grams in a business turnover of 18,086 lots.

Globally, Comex gold futures for December delivery rose 0.31 per cent to USD 3,557.02 per ounce in New York. PTI DR TRB
