New Delhi, Jun 26 (PTI) Infrastructure investment (InvIT) firm Highways Infrastructure Trust (HIT) on Thursday said the company has rebranded as Vertis Infrastructure Trust (Vertis).
The rebranding comes into effect from June 18.
Derived from the Latin word 'verto', meaning 'to turn' or 'to evolve', the name signifies a forward-looking mindset of thoughtful transformation, the company said in a statement.
Since its listing in 2022, Vertis has grown significantly to become one of the leading highways InvITs with assets under management multiplying five-fold to Rs 25,000 crore.
The company's portfolio includes 27 operational road projects across nine states, including several marquee acquisitions.
