Samunnati and Plasma Waters inaugurate Plasma-ized water generator in Hyderabad

Chennai, Feb 25 (PTI) Samunnati Agro Solutions India Pvt Ltd in association with US-based water technology company Plasma Water Solutions has inaugurated the Plasma-ized Water Generator in Hyderabad, the company said on Saturday.

The installation of the first Plasma-ized Water Generator took place in the presence of Samunnati founder-CEO Anil Kumar SG and Plasma Waters Inc President and Global CEO Robert Hardt along with its top management officials.

Plasma-ized water contains reactive oxygen species that interact with crop plants, leading to faster and more efficient germination, accelerating growth delivering increased crop performance without use of chemicals.

The technology has the potential to help farmers in increasing their production therefore income and encourage sustainable agriculture by reducing the usage of chemicals in the farming process, a press release here said.

"We are delighted to progress in our partnership with Plasma Waters and install the first unit at our Centre of Excellence, Hyderabad," Kumar said.

"We see this as an important step in the right direction to bringing a revolutionary change in increasing farm productivity, food quality and encouraging sustainable farming by optimising resource usage," he said.

Heartfulness Institute President Kamlesh Patel who was the chief guest on the occasion complimented the two teams and offered the proof-of-concepts study support at the 1,700 acre green campus of Heartfulness Institute.
