Sun TV network standalone PAT down to Rs 416.32 crore in Q3

Chennai: Broadcaster Sun TV Networks Ltd has reported a standalone profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 416.32 crore for the October-December 2022 quarter, the company said.

The standalone PAT was Rs 457.39 crore during the corresponding quarter last year.

For the nine-month period ending December 31, 2022 the standalone PAT grew to Rs 1,308.71 crore from Rs 1,240.46 crore last year.

The standalone total income during the quarter under review stood at Rs 951.71 crore against Rs 1,075.12 crore.

The standalone total income for the nine-month period rose to Rs 3,129.07 crore from Rs 2,862.87 crore last year.

At a meeting today, the Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 3.75 per share (75 per cent) with a face value of Rs 5 per share, the company said in a statement here.
