New Delhi, Jul 15 (PTI) TRU Realty is eying Rs 275 crore revenue by 2030 from its 2.75-acre premium residential project in Kondhwa, Pune.
Last month, the company announced to build the project TRU Meadows with an investment of Rs 150 crore. It will be a four-tower housing with total of 360 apartments.
With home prices starting at Rs 65 lakh, the project is aimed at the middle-class and upper-middle-class consumer base, looking to secure a home in Pune’s emerging pockets at competitive prices.
The property benefits from connectivity to major employment hubs, schools, healthcare facilities, and shopping destinations.
"Our investment in the project is expected around Rs 150 crore and is expected to generate Rs 275 crore in revenue by 2030 which is approx 83 per cent (higher than investment)," Sujay Kalele, Founder and Managing Director, TRU Realty, said in a statement.
By bringing in elements of contemporary Dubai-style living, the company has tried to merge international aesthetics with practical functionality, he stated.
As per recent industry reports, Pune witnessed 12 per cent YoY growth in residential launches and is among the top metros attracting both end-users and investors.
The company is developing eight projects across Pune and Mumbai, including TRU Meadows, Vaarivana, and Spectrum Life.
With over Rs 1,000 crore in assets under development and 210 homes delivered as of FY 2024–25, TRU Realty is fast emerging as a future-ready player in urban housing. PTI KKS ANU
