New Delhi: Afghanistan on Monday denied that the chief of banned terrorist outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed, Maulana Masood Azhar, is in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
Quoting the foreign ministry, Pakistani media Tuesday reported that Pakistan has asked Afghanistan in an official letter to arrest Azhar.
Commenting on the reports, the spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan said, “The leader of Jaish-e-Mohammed is not in Afghanistan but in Pakistan.”
