New Delhi: Police in Minnesota say the Mall Of America shooting scene has been secured after a reported shooting.

The Bloomington Police Department said Saturday that they are working with MOA Security and Hennepin County Crime Lab to process the area.
“Lockdown of the MOA was recently lifted. Please continue to stay out of the area until further notice,” the police said.
The Mall of America also confirmed lifting the lockdown on its Twitter account and said Guests should now exit the property.

Police and emergency medical crews were on the scene of a "reported shooting" at the mall. Police said the mall had been placed on lockdown.
Videos posted on social media showed shoppers hiding in stores. The reported shooting comes as shopping centers and malls across the US see an influx of shoppers just days before Christmas.
