Seven killed as vehicle falls into ravine in NW Pak

Peshawar, Jul 11 (PTI) At least seven people were killed and two injured when a vehicle plunged into a ravine in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in northwest Pakistan on Friday, officials said.

Rescue teams that had rushed to the accident site in the Gandhal area of the Kurram district of the province pulled out the victims from the wreckage.

The seven passengers were declared dead on the spot, while the injured were shifted to a nearby hospital.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur expressed grief over the tragedy and prayed for the swift recovery of the injured. PTI AYZ SKS NPK NPK
