13 held in Raigad with charas worth Rs 13.61 lakh sourced from Nepal

Mumbai, Jul 11 (PTI) Thirteen members of a gang were held allegedly with 2.659 kilograms of charas worth Rs 13.61 lakh, a police official said on Friday.

The accused had brought the contraband from Nepal to Murud in neighbouring Raigad district for peddling, he said.

"Three key accused have been remanded in police custody, while the other 10 have been sent to judicial custody," the official informed. PTI DC BNM
