2 brothers killed as speeding truck hits scooter in Noida

Noida, Sep 13 (PTI) Two men returning home for work were killed after a high-speed truck rammed into their scooter in Gautam Buddha Nagar district, police said on Saturday.

Police said the accident occurred in the Bisrakh area and brothers -- Pradeep Yadav and Kartik Kumar -- died on the spot.

The truck driver fled after the accident, and efforts are on to trace him, police said.

A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway. PTI JG APL RHL
