2 drown in river in Odisha's Ganjam

Berhampur, Nov 3 (PTI) Two women drowned in a river in Odisha's Ganjam district on Monday, police said.

The incident happened at Sevak Tikarapada in Digapahandi block, they said.

The deceased were identified as Lalita Padhy (64) and Sabita Gouda (40), they added.

The bodies were fished out of the river at Golanda, about 1 km from the village, police said. PTI COR BBM BBM SOM
