25-year-old man found dead in Beed; two detained

Beed, Mar 6 (PTI) A 25-year-old man was found dead in an open area behind a bus stand in Maharashtra's Beed city on Friday morning, police said. Locals found Syed Naushad, a resident of the Islampura area, lying motionless in the open area in the early hours of the day and immediately alerted the police, an official said.

The body was sent for post-mortem, and following a preliminary inquiry, the police have detained two suspects for questioning, he said. PTI COR ARU
