4 teens killed as motorcycle collides with car in Noida

Noida, Aug 25 (PTI) Four teenagers were killed when their motorcycle collided head-on with a car in Greater Noida on Monday, police said.

The accident occurred on the Kulsera Pusta Road in the Ecotech 3 area. Sumit, Luvkush, Rihan and Monu Thakur -- aged between 16 to 18 -- were taken to a hospital where they died during treatment, they added.

"The driver of the Wagon R car, Nikki Tyagi, has been arrested and the vehicle has been impounded. The bodies have been sent for post-mortem after completing legal formalities," a police spokesperson said.

A case has been registered at Ecotech 3 police station based on a complaint from the families of the victims, and further investigation is underway, the spokesperson said. PTI COR KIS OZ OZ
