New Delhi: Former MP Anand Mohan Singh, who was convicted for the murder of Gopalganj DM, G Krishnaiah in 1994, released from Saharsa jail at 3 AM on Thursday.
It came after Bihar govt changed prison manual. Earlier, Uma Devi, wife of Krishnaiah even appealed to the PM Modi against this.

Bihar government had recently amended the prison rules allowing the release of 27 convicts including him. He was serving a life sentence in the 1994 murder of then Gopalganj District Magistrate G Krishnaiah.
