Delhi Minister Atishi Singh during a visit to inspect preparations at the ITO ghat ahead of the 'Chhath Puja' festival, in New Delhi

New Delhi: Delhi Revenue minister Atishi on Friday visited Chhath ghats at ITO and west Vinod Nagar to take stock of preparations for the festival.  The minister said the government has made 1,000 ghats for devotees.

The four-day festival, in which devotees fast and offer 'arghya' to the Sun God on the last two days, will begin on November 17.
