Adampur Bypoll: BJP's Bhavya Bishnoi wins

Hisar (Haryana): BJP's Bhavya Bishnoi on Sunday won the Adampur assembly segment by defeating his nearest rival and Congress candidate Jai Prakash by a margin of around 16,000 votes.

Bishnoi defeated Jai Prakash by over 15,000 votes.

Counting of votes for Adampur bypoll began at 8 am amid tight security arrangements.

Aam Aadmi Party candidate Satinder Singh could manage less than 3,500 votes and was distant No. 4.
