Delegation of Communist Party of Vietnam meets Congress' K C Venugopal

New Delhi, Nov 14 (PTI) A delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) led by its Central Committee member and Vinh Long People's Council chairman Bui Van Nghiem met Congress general secretary K C Venugopal here on Tuesday.
