Fire at autorickshaw godown in Thane; no casualty

Thane, Dec 14 (PTI) A fire broke out on Sunday morning at a godown storing autorickshaws in Maharashtra's Thane district, officials said.

No casualties were reported, they said.

The authorities were alerted at 5.45 am about the blaze at the godown, where autorickshaws were kept, at Kalher in the Bhiwandi area, a fire official said.

A fire brigade team rushed to the spot and efforts were on to douse the blaze, he said.

The cause of the fire was not yet known. PTI COR GK
