Heavy rain lashes Puducherry, schools, colleges shut

Puducherry Nov 18 (PTI) Normal life was affected in Puducherry and Karaikal regions on Tuesday due to incessant rains since last night.

State Home Minister A Namassivayam declared holiday for schools and colleges, including aided institutions in Puducherry and Karaikal regions on Tuesday.
