*HC refused to suspend a Look Out Circular issued against Punj Llyod promoter Atul Punj to enable his travel abroad, saying the investigation against him under the black money law was at an initial stage.

*HC rejected a petition by former AAP leader Tahir Hussain challenging framing of money laundering charges against him in connection with the 2020 northeast Delhi riots.

* HC sought the responses of businessmen Vijay Nair and Abhishek Boinpally on the CBI's pleas challenging the bail granted to them in a corruption case related to the now-scrapped Excise Policy 2021-22 for the national capital.

* HC granted six weeks as last indulgence to the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to remove encroachments in and around the Tughlaqabad Fort.  * HC said an accused should not be discharged of the offence of rape merely because the victim had not levelled the allegation at the stage of the FIR.
