Important matters heard by the Delhi High Court on Monday, January 23: * HC refused to quash an Enforcement Directorate money laundering case against media baron Raghav Bahl, saying the plea was "premature".

* HC granted a "last opportunity" to the Centre and the lieutenant governor to respond to Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot's plea challenging a provision which requires state government ministers, including the chief minister, to seek political clearances from the Centre for foreign visits.

* HC sought response of the Centre on a plea by a satirical website, "Dowry Calculator", challenging the government's decision to ban it.

* HC released on bail a "child in conflict with law" who was held in a children's home in relation to a murder case.
