J&K: Security forces recover explosives, ammunition from forest in Baramullah

Srinagar, Dec 24 (PTI) Security forces on Wednesday recovered explosives and ammunition from a forest area in Jammu and Kashmir’s Baramulla district, officials said.

The forces carried out search operations in the Shalebuth forest in the Kreeri area of the district following a tip-off, the officials said.

During the searches, the forces recovered four Chinese grenades, 19 UBGL rounds and 46 rounds of 7.62 mm ammunition from a hideout under a tree. PTI MIJ ARI
