Judge MK Nagpal, who has been hearing Delhi liquor scam case, transferred

New Delhi: Rouse Avenue Court judge MK Nagpal who has been hearing the Delhi liquor scam case was transferred on Tuesday.

Judge Kaveri Baweja will replace him with immediate effect.

Judge Nagpal has been promoted as District Judge (Commercial Court)-13, Central, THC.

A total of 27 judges of Delhi higher judicial services were transferred on Tuesday.
