Maha: Collector, university vice-chancellor to get ‘Jal Prahari’ award for water conservation

Aurangabad, Mar 16 (PTI) Maharashtra’s Nanded Collector Abhijeet Raut and Vice-Chancellor of Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Dr Uddhav Bhosale, will be given the central government’s ‘Jal Prahari’ award for water conservation, an official said.

Raut has been chosen for the award for his work on water conservation and irrigation when he was posted in Jalgaon.

Raut and Bhosale will receive the honour in Delhi on March 29, the official said. PTI AW NR NR
