Maharashtra legislators seek ban on artificial flowers

Mumbai, Jul 16 (PTI) NCP (SP) MLA Rohit Patil on Wednesday submitted a memorandum signed by 105 legislators seeking a ban on artificial flowers and assurance of fair prices for flower-producing farmers to the Maharashtra government.

Patil met Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis at the legislature complex in this regard.

The first-time legislator said he urged Fadnavis to urgently hold a meeting over these demands. PTI MR KRK
