Mamata congratulates Indian cricket team for T-20 World Cup victory

Kolkata, Mar 8 (PTI) West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Sunday congratulated Team India for its "spectacular victory" in the T-20 Cricket World Cup final.

India decimated New Zealand by 96 runs, winning the T-20 World Cup title and lifting the trophy consecutively after 2024.

"Congratulations to Team India! Your spectacular victory in the T20 World Cup final today makes us proud," Banerjee wrote on X. PTI AMR ACD
