Monsoon session prorogued

New Delhi, Aug 23 (PTI) The Monsoon session of Parliament which concluded on Thursday, has been prorogued.

According to separate statements issued by the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha secretariats, President Droupadi Murmu prorogued the session on Friday.

Once a session is prorogued, the government can convene the next session.

The month-long Monsoon session began on July 21 and concluded on August 21. PTI NAB AMJ AMJ
