Imphal: Naga People's Front (NPF) candidate Kachui Timothy Zimik was leading in the Outer Manipur seat, according to the Election Commission.

Zimik was leading over his nearest rival Alfred Kanngam S Arthur of the Congress by 2,283 votes.
