Parked car catches fire on busy road in Mumbai, no injuries

Mumbai, Feb 25 (PTI) A parked SUV caught fire on LBS Road in Vikhroli area of Mumbai on Wednesday evening, officials said.

Nobody was injured in the incident. The car driver stepped out quickly after noticing flames. No other person was present inside the vehicle. The Fire Brigade received a call regarding the car blaze at 6:24 PM. The fire was brought under control within 17 minutes, an official said.

The exact cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, he added. PTI ZA NSK
