Puducherry Assembly to convene on Sept 18

Puducherry, Sept 6 (PTI) Puducherry Assembly Speaker R Selvam on Saturday said the Assembly has been convened to meet on September 18.

Selvam told reporters that the session would commence at 9.30 am and the Business Advisory Committee would determine its duration.

He said the session would have a detailed discussion on the sustained demand of Puducherry for statehood.

The House has thirty elected and three nominated legislators. PTI COR ROH
