Rajasthan witnesses light to heavy rainfall

Jaipur, Jun 20 (PTI) In the last 24 hours, light to heavy rainfall was recorded in various parts of Rajasthan, the MeT department said on Friday.

The highest rainfall was noted in Bijoliya (Bhilwara) with 114 mm, followed closely by Phulera (Jaipur), Ramganjmandi (Kota), and Shahpura (Bhilwara), each receiving 110 mm.

Additionally, several locations reported rainfall amounts ranging from 10 to 90 mm during the same period.

Jaisalmer recorded the highest maximum temperature at 44.6 degrees Celsius, while Sirohi experienced the lowest minimum temperature at 17.4 degrees Celsius.

As of Friday morning, the average humidity across most parts of the state ranged between 70 to 100 per cent. PTI AG MPL MPL
