Retired railway employee held for raping teenage girl in UP village

Sant Kabir Nagar (UP), Dec 21 (PTI) A 13-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a retired railway employee here, police on Sunday said.

Mahul Police Station SHO Rajnish Kumar Rai said police on Sunday arrested the accused, 70-year-old Yadulal.

The girl's mother in her complaint on Saturday had alleged that Yadulal raped her daughter in a field on December 16.

The girl has been sent for a medical check and a probe is on in the matter, the SHO said. PTI COR ABN VN VN
