Senior IAS officer A Sreenivas appointed Haryana's chief electoral officer

Chandigarh, Jun 19 (PTI) Senior IAS officer A Sreenivas was on Thursday appointed as the Chief Electoral Officer of Haryana.

According to an order issued by the Haryana government, Sreenivas, Secretary, Energy Department, and Managing Director, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited, has been transferred and posted as the Chief Electoral Officer, and Commissioner and Secretary, Election Department, relieving Pankaj Agarwal of the charge.
