TN CM hands over appointment orders to candidates

Chennai, Jun 23 (PTI) As many as 50 candidates selected through the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) were provided appointment orders by Chief Minister M K Stalin at the Secretariat here on Monday.

The candidates were appointed for the posts of junior assistants, typists, and steno/typists for the Industries and Commerce department recently.

The appointment orders were given to seven persons as a token gesture on the occasion by the CM.

At another event here, Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin inaugurated development projects completed at an outlay of Rs 8.13 crore in Chepauk-Thiruvallikeni Assembly constituency, including a roadside sewage pumping station.

Also, he laid the foundation stone for new projects worth Rs 9.68 crore and this included a 50-bedded urban community welfare hospital building. PTI JSP KH
