Two arrested in Palghar for stealing stationery items worth Rs 12.68 lakh

Palghar, Sep 5 (PTI) Two persons were arrested for allegedly stealing goods worth Rs 12.68 lakh in Naigaon area of Palghar district, a police official said on Friday.

The theft of 302 cartons containing cutter blades from a stationery unit took place on August 11, Vasai Crime Branch Unit 2 senior inspector Avinash Kurhade said.

"We arrested Yatin Haribhai Bhappa (21) and Mahadev Gelabhai Kalaniya (23), both from Vasai. All the stolen items have been recovered," he added. PTI COR BNM
