UP: Newborn male child found abandoned in a dustbin at Muzaffarnagar

Muzaffarnagar (UP), Jun 22 (PTI) A newborn male child was found alive in a dustbin in Jansath police station area here on Sunday, police said.

According to Station House Officer Rajiv Sharma, some locals found the infant in the dustbin and alerted the police.

The SHO said the police have shifted the child to a hospital for treatment.

They are searching for the parents who abandoned the child, he added. PTI COR NAV RUK RUK
