UP: Two constables suspended on graft charges

Deoria (UP), Sep 24 (PTI) Two constables have been suspended for allegedly demanding a bribe of Rs 10,000 for passport verification in Salempur area here, police said on Wednesday.

The two constables were identified as Satyendra Yadav and Sarvjeet Yadav.

Superintendent of Police Sanjeev Suman ordered an investigation into the matter, and after finding them prima facie guilty, both were suspended on Tuesday night.
