Vasai MLA pulls up police for not enforcing bar time deadline

Palghar, Aug 24 (PTI) A bar in Vasai was found functioning well beyond the permitted hours on Saturday, local MLA Sneha Dubey Pandit has claimed.

She also inspected incomplete road repair works.

Expressing strong displeasure over incomplete works, the MLA told the contractor to wind up the work within two days ahead of Ganesh festival, beginning Wednesday.

The bar was allegedly open till 2:15 am, following which the MLA called up the police. PTI COR NSK
