Telangana home minister Ali downplays gangrape case; blames social media

In an apparent bid to downplay a gang rape of a teen in Hyderabad's Jubilee Hills by six accused persons, Telangana Home Minister Mohammed Mehmood Ali has resorted to a bizarre logic. Most of the accused allegedly belong to political families including AIMIM MLA.
