Devika Rotawan moves high court for house

One of youngest survivors of 26/11 attack who identified Kasab in court is fighting for a house

Devika Rotawan, who as a nine-year-old witnessed first hand the November 2008 terrorist attack on Mumbai, has moved the Bombay High Court seeking a house from the government.
