Dr. Raj Bahadur, vice chancellor of Punjab medical university, resigned a day after the AAP health minister made him lie down on one of the soiled patient beds. VC's admirers accused the minister for overstepping. But the issue in hindsight is much deeper than AAP's public gimmick or apparent “insult” to VC
