Galaxy Health Insurance launches Galaxy Marvel; partners with Policybazaar

Chennai, Jun 25 (PTI) Galaxy Health Insurance has launched its flagship insurance product, Galaxy 'Marvel', which encourages wellness by offering health-linked incentives and digital wallet credits to policyholders, a top official said.

The city-headquartered company is backed by the diversified conglomerate TVS Group and Star Health and Allied Insurance Company founder V Jagannathan.

Galaxy 'Marvel' follows the company's previous product, Galaxy 'Promise', which was unveiled in October 2024.

Commenting on the launch, Galaxy Health Insurance MD and CEO G Srinivasan said, "We started Galaxy Health Insurance with a commitment to designing customer-centric, affordable, and accessible products, and building long-term relationships with our customers." To offer Galaxy 'Marvel' to customers, Galaxy Health Insurance has partnered with insurance distributor Policybazaar.

"We have introduced Galaxy 'Marvel', a plan that incentivises wellness by rewarding policyholders for maintaining good health. Policybazaar has been a trusted and forward-thinking partner, consistently driving innovation and customer value in the digital insurance landscape," Srinivasan said.

"We are pleased to collaborate with Policybazaar to make this innovative product accessible to customers across India," he added.
